All Risks Policy (Equipment)

Highlights

The company will pay compensation to the Insured in event of loss or damage to the Insured equipment by any accident or misfortune.

Exceptions

The company shall not be liable in respect of

1. Loss or damage by wear and tear, depreciation, mechanical or electrical breakdowns or derangements, gradually developed defects, consequential loss and excess.
2. War and allied perils
3. Nuclear perils
4. Liability compulsory insurable under any legislation governing the use of motor vehicles.
